Metro Arms Senior Citizen Complex (1996) provides 12 apartments to low-income elderly and includes comprehensive supportive services.
Metro House (1997) offers nine units of affordable housing for residents with special needs.
New Horizons (1999) offers 24 units for low- to moderate-income individuals and families.
Noel Villa (2002) provides 49 apartments for senior citizens in Conway, South Carolina.
Project Hope Phase I (1992,1994) consists of 15 single-family houses in Washington, North Carolina.
Project Hope Phase II (1994) is a subdivision of 25 single-family homes for first-time homeowners in Washington, North Carolina.
Project Hope Phase III (2002) is a housing complex consisting of 11 affordable single-family homes located in Washington, North Carolina.
Project Uplift utilized a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) to rehabilitate and revitalize 23 homes in a low-wealth community.
