Access Health of Beaufort County is a collaboration of different community agencies who network together to link the underserved population of Beaufort County, North Carolina to primary care and outreach services.
Agape Community Health Clinic
was established to develop and maintain primary health care in Beaufort,
Hyde, and Pamlico Counties for all residents desiring those services and
especially for those who have limited access to medical care.
Ryan White Titles III & IV offer case management and primary healthcare to HIV/AIDS patients and their families.
