Title
IIITitle III provides comprehensive primary health care to individuals who have been diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. Services provided under Title III include dental care, nutritional care, access to counseling and testing, lab fees, mental health and substance abuse assessment and treatment, assistance with medications and access to clinical trials. CDC and Johns Hopkins University protocols are followed for medical management for people living with HIV/AIDS.
The primary goal of the Title IV Program is to provide access to quality care for clients and their families. We strive to provide the case management that works best for you: CAP, family-centered, and wrap-around services.
Our case management can help you find the medical care you need, while providing transportation and baby-sitting services. You can also receive primary healthcare between clinic appointments and be linked to a host of other services.
Information and support are available to help you enroll in the newest procedures and medications that the FDA has approved for research. Our clinic can provide answers to your questions about medications, side effects, and new products. We also coordinate care during your regularly scheduled clinic or doctors’ appointments.

you. For all women, youth, children, and families.
If you already have a case manager, you can receive case-coordinated wrap-around
services. These services can be coordinated through your present case manager.
