MCHS Expresses Appreciation for Health Fair Participants

On June 27, 2003, Metropolitan Community Health Services sponsored a health fair in observance of National HIV Test Day. The event was held at Beaufort County High School Alumnae Society Building in Pantego.

We would like to express our appreciation to Access Health of Beaufort County; Agape Community Health Clinic; A Small Miracle, Inc.; Pantego Area Community Developers; Quality Home Health Staffing, Inc.; Tideland Mental Health; Elaine Franzetti, Private Contractor in Family Counseling; Lileana Carbajal with Hispanic Ministry in New Bern; and Sharon Greig and Annie Williams, residents of Pantego.

We owe an extra thank you to the Beaufort County Alumnae Society for providing the space for us to sponsor the health fair and Wal-Mart Department Store for their generous donation. Mt. Zion Free Will Baptist Church in Yatesville, Rev. Sterling Tripp, Pastor, provided the food.
